Red hot .........

………. at least in this corner of the garden.

We planted this early last year, and were very disappointed to get absolutely no flowers from it.  But it seems to have found its feet now - there's at least another 2 flowers developing.  W is especially fond of it as it is by origin a South African plant.

Looking forward to a visit from older daughter and her family this weekend.  We have some fencing to put across the lawn (it's been altered since this photo because we now have trellis on the left) to prevent young Robin straying into the pond in an unwatched moment.
