Flower Friday

Thanks to thebear  for identifying this bush as Ceanothus - also known as California lilac - the other day, because I wouldn't have known. I had been admiring it in the garden here. Bees and other beasties seem to love it too.

My week has flown by and tomorrow I'll be heading back home with mixed feelings. I've been so lucky with the glorious weather all week.
