Friday Fun

It was such a fun Friday.  I think it must have been because admin were all absent from the school and everyone was simply more relaxed?  Hard to say, but for whatever reason, there was a lot of laughing going on which was a great way to end the week!

My daughter and I took a walk down by the lake and i almost tripped over these little shorebirds (plovers?  sandpipers?).  See extras for a close up shot before they all took flight.  I am too tired to bother identifying them so I am hoping that someone can for me...
