Demoiselle Dragonfly.

This beautiful dragonlfy, a male I think, was on a shrub in the garden - I spotted it whilst mowing the lawn late morning, hence the harsh light. Needless to say, the mowing ceased whilst I rushed indoors to fetch my camera and macro lens.
