An exciting day

Some of you may remember my dearest friend Jenny AKA JamJam - she was also a Blipper until she was too ill to continue. Sadly Jen lost her battle with Leukaemia in December last year. Tanith, her daughter, is an elite runner, and her Mom was her greatest supporter. Today Tanith ran  her debut Comrades Marathon in South Africa in memory of her Mom. Comrades is run from Pietermaritzburg to Durban over 90 kms - a truly gruelling race. Tanith ran an amazing race coming 4th lady, and 1st Veteran lady. We are all so very proud of her as her Mom would have been. I'm sure Jenny was not far away from Tanith as she ran today.
