Skipper

At last!  I've been following a few of these skippers for a while now, occasionally taking an image or two, but I haven't been happy with a single one.  I think I finally figured out the right settings... or it was a lucky shot. :)

The prettier insect got to be the blip today... after a few days of the unusual-but-couldn't-win-a-beauty-pageant types, it seemed like a good choice.

Still fairly cool, but sunny again, so it turned out to be a good weekend for yard work (and of course outdoor photography).  I love this kind of weather!
