Dark Skies Over Main Street

A cloudy morning cleared into a fine day with plenty of sunny spells.  A lovely calm night.

Day off, woke up, it looked dull out, so slept a bit longer.  By the time I got going, it was a fine sunny morning.  I spent the morning, and most of the afternoon clearing up the bruck and rumble that came down from the removal of the old lum.  We managed a break, and headed to Madeline's for a cuppa.  I was working in the pub after tea, and finished early.  With the lovely night, me and Sammy enjoyed a long walk around Scalloway. 

A lovely sunny evening, and missed it with work.  This muckle dark cloud did come over the sky, and I was thinking it was going to rain, thankfully it passed by quickly.  It's not rained in long now, but we are due a downpour mid week.  We really can do with it, as it'll freshen up the landscape.  Looking down Main Street, Scalloway.
