Ten day old duckling

A visit to the farm for the first time for a couple of weeks. Busy with older children on school trips and likely to be so over the holidays until schools go back in August. But the newly three-year-old coped well. Here's a duckling looking sweet.

The wind is definitely picking up now and we have a day or two of unseasonal weather to come. It's been such a wonderful few weeks that you forget what the early summer usually brings. Hope the garden survives.
