Distortion

The wind blew the sleet heavily against our windows tonight as we sat all snug inside looking out on the ever increasing layer of snow on the garden.
"Woo hoo" thought S, who had been sent home early from school due to the snow fall - all 10 cm of it! For goodness sake I can remember in the "Olden days" when I had to walk 7 miles to school in knee deep snow because the buses couldn't take us there - now that was snow.

I tried taking a few blips of the water droplets running down the window, this was the one that caused the most distortion of the fir tree outside.
