Well, today was the day where S & I were finally heading off to the gym.
A new membership at a new gym for a year - so no excuses
Anticipating a farewell to wobbly bits and fear not these will not be blipped
As I was working in Gullane again today, I decided to take the coastal route home on the off chance of getting back to Longniddry Bents for a sunset blip, before I rediscovered muscles I had lost
