Follow the Leader

Poppy and Mia weren't too keen on walking this morning .... can't say I blamed them ..... the weather was pretty awful but after Moira dropped us at the park gates we set off into the gusting wind.

It certainly wasn't a morning for taking photos but as we walked round the smaller pond I spotted the swan family and heading down to the large pond where there is little vegetation but much more water.

We put on a bit of a sprint and I managed one photo just as mum dropped into the water and her four cygnets lined up behind her. Dad waited up on the grass and gave the dogs a good stare and a small hiss as a warning .... they weren't bothered!
