Lucky escape

Woke to the effects of Storm Hector in the garden. Pots, bins and bench were all blown over and most of my buddleia was severely damaged.

My friend and I decided we would still walk to the craft club which probably wasn't the best idea as we arrived looking very windswept. On returning home I saw that my car had had a very lucky escape when this branch had broken off the tree. I later spoke to the woman from the council who was chopping it up and she said they had already dealt with 100 tree incidents today.
