A View

An impressive view- Eira do Serrado overlooks the Valley of the Nuns and the picturesque village of Curral das Freiras, the hair-pinned road took us up about to nearly 3000ft. To this view point. We were lucky that it was a clear day and not many clouds to spoil the spectacular scenery. It became a very busy day, lunch out and then a massage at the Spa and then we met up for Drinks with some friends who live on the Island and we all ended up going for a curry. I am not sure what time we got back to the apartment!
