Clough Head

After yesterdays excursions, we felt like a simple walk today. Although Deb and I have completed the Wainwright's individually, there still remains two that we've not done together. Clough Head and Wether fell. Both very damp, boggy areas. So today, we started along the Dockray road, at the end of the old coach road, and walked Great Dodd and Clough Head, returning along the coach road itself.

A glorious day's weather, bone dry underfoot (even crunchy sphagnum moss!) and only a bit tiring!
