The Real and the Unreal

Visited West Moss-side, an organic farm and art venue, a favourite of mine, near Thornhill .
 
It is always good to see the delicate pottery of Barbara Greenman, one of the artists taking part in Open Studios, with one of her fine porcelain pots.
 
Well, I couldn’t resist getting my whale in the action too especially as there was a painting of a real whale by wildlife artist Darren Rees who had a residency in the Antarctic where he painted in situ.
