Liverpool Waterfront

This morning Mr MD and I boarded one of the original Mersey ferries sailing from Salford Quays into Liverpool along the full length of the Manchester Ship Canal.  So much to see, and so many photographs taken of locks, bridges, wild life, and industry old and new.   This is the view of the Liverpool Waterfront as we exited the Canal into the River Mersey.   A day to remember.
