Authentic Momos

It being our wedding anniversary, we went to the Gurkha Restaurant in Brecon, which CB noticed the other day. There is a contingent of Gurkhas stationed near Brecon; I don't know why.
Anyway, we started with momos, which CB has made on several occasions, but this is my first experience of momos made by a real Gurkha! Filled with vegetable, and with a spicy dipping sauce. Very good!
After that, we had chicken with nettle powder amongst other things. I must look out nettle powder; it gave them a real nettliness (but without their rather fibrous roughness).
