Early Bumblebee

At least I think that's what it is. There must have been over 100 bees of different varieties on this shrub this afternoon. It was hard to count because they kept buzzing off but honestly it was covered in them. What with this and yesterday's foxgloves I think I'm doing my bit for the bees. I know this is good news but it makes for a bit of an uninspired blip.

Tomorrow though, and for a few days thereafter, I'm planning to blip some landscapes to gladden the heart. Depending on the weather of course and the presence of WiFi, neither of which is guaranteed.  Heading west in the morning ...
