Pseudocopulation

Yes it is a thing. These rare Bee Orchids were found on our otherwise rather manky lawn at work. They so successfully mimic female bees that male bees are fooled into getting it on with them thus pollinating them. Hence the pseudocopulation.

A grim day as more restructuring / redundancy plans were discussed. The recruitment freeze means I am covering a workload we had 3 people for last year. I’m very tired.
