Ponies

Exercising these two was fun!  Too wild and windy to ride outside, so we rode and jumped them in the barn.  Although they are small, they are not the favourites of the children who ride here as they can be a bit lively so, to stop them getting too chubby at this time of the year when the grass is so rich and full of energy, they need regular exercise.  Which is great for me!

Not your conventional tack, just saddle cloths and head collars, but I always wear a hat!  I am riding Sprite and the other one is Beau.  They are Shetland crosses, and are little speed freaks!

Came home and spied a tired looking black guillemot on the slip - see extra.  

Today was the first day of looking after a lovely cat for a few days.  Her owners left me two half bottles of wine, red and white, and two croissants, so that's this evening and breakfast sorted!
