Mull traffic jam

We left our Mull cottage a bit early to catch the ferry as I hoped to find some Highland Cattle by the roadside and I wasn’t disappointed.

Just before these photos were taken the cows and calves were standing in the middle of the road and cars were at a halt, fortunately at a passing place. I noticed one of the cars was from Belgium and the passengers were enjoying the photo opportunity.

Knowing how protective these cows are of their calves I didn’t get too close !
