the art of swearing
Lazy day - coffee and a blether in the cafe this morning, followed by a very quick Tesco dash before lunch.
To accompany my lunch I decided to re-watch 'In the Loop' for the third or fourth time. For those of you that haven't had the pleasure, it's a political satire involving behind the scenes shenanigans of both the US and UK governments. It's a complete swearfest - Peter Capaldi outdoes everyone else in his alter ego of Malcolm Tucker. I urge you to see this movie if you have not yet had the pleasure. I hope you find it as funny as I do.
Today's image is a wee trial run for my new point and shoot Lumix. I opted to try out the 'miniature setting' - I think it will work better with actual people in the image. I usually ignore the pre-sets in cameras, preferring to set the image up by myself. But today I had a wee peek - there's a whole load of options. Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to find a landscape shot of a sportsman with perfect skin tones who is in the surf carrying a birthday cake. Oh, there has to be fireworks and snow too. Wish me luck...
