Feathers, shells and Pebbles.

The weather was perfect, sunny and not too close, so we went on a long drive to Dent. After a snack lunch at the Dent Heritage site, soaking up the sun and the beautiful views, we walked in the beautiful countryside along the River Dee. I found some big pebbles to use for painting and on 3rd July I am contributing to a stone painting event called You Matter.
In Rishton we have been decorating stones and pebbles as a fun activity, hiding them in the park or beside the canal.
Then we made a short trip to Morecambe seaside to enjoy the sea air, golden sand, collect a few shells, and look at the Kite Festival on the beach. The wind was very strong and ideal for the kite flying.
