another lady of the band

This is Jet, wife of bass player Tim.  She manages to loose herself in a book, while all around is noise and chaos as equipment and instruments are unloaded and set up, sound checks made and seating for the audience organised.

Today is gig number 4 - a concert in a cafe/restaurant high up in the forest.  An earlier finish gives me a quick chance to catch up with blip.  

First of all thanks for your comments and apologies for lack of responses.  I’ve had little time to think about blip, because the first three gigs have not finished until well after midnight.  I’m just so tired.  

It seems harder this year.   And I notice other members of the band are beginning to feel the pressure too.  But we’ve played to full houses and the warmth and enthusiasm of the audiences seems to keep us going.  One more to go.
