East London Meander.

Just had the most terrific morning cycling round the old East End. Mile End, Limehouse, Wapping, Shadwell, Greenwich, Rotherhithe, Woolwich ferry, Canary Wharf, Olympic Park and back to Mile End. Huge thanks to Ian and Fliss for conveying me to and from, and for being such brill company on the way round the 28 miles. It's safe to say that these sites have changed enormously since the late 70s when I first visited. Real treat.
