Evening Walk

I was all set for a day of rest following our busy weekend.
It got off to a good start snuggling up with Archie on the sofa, eating porridge, drinking tea and watching Grey's Anatomy. 
After a couple of hours of laziness I was just about to get take Archie for a walk, go food shopping and then get cracking with laundry and tidying when the phone rang. Miss E's school telling me she'd been sick and could I come and get her.
Sigh.
She seemed OK but was happy to go up to bed for the afternoon.
So we still have empty cupboards and Archie had to wait for his walk until later on this evening. Worth the wait though, everywhere looked beautiful in the evening sun.
