How ridiculous

It was 26 degrees plus in our clinic room with no window (the crocodile thermometer doesn't go any higher- so it was probably warmer). Fortunately we have a fan in our room to try and keep the women a bit cooler - no body passed out!

It was really hot at home when I got home in the evening.Tom had heat stroke following a run in the sun, I had advised him not to go for a run in the heat.........doh.

I collected Will from the station. He'd been to Newquay with some of his buddies from the surf society on an 'spur of the moment' trip. Oh to be 20.
