A wise lady

I went to see Brenda today. Brenda is a midwife with a current special interest in obstetric ultra sound scanning. She has been a midwife for many years and in 2016 decided to train in hypnotherapy and use her newly acquired hobbies to help women. 

In particular she offers Hypnobirthing North Cumbria and within that she offers 'Mums Matter' giving support and advice on fertility, antenatal, pregnancy, and postnatal support. The latter includes birth trauma resolution.

Her website is under construction and she has other media channels to focus on give her business further coverage. 

We had a long chat drinking coffee and eating Brendas delicious home made cookies. Brenda is one of the most dynamic midwives I have had the pleasure of working with. She's very sensible, safe, good fun and bang up to date - Brenda is a wise lady.
