Four Heron And Friends

I spent a wonderfully restorative hour sitting at Marine Park watching kayakers, clam diggers, and this peaceful group of heron and Canada geese poking about in the shallows.  That was after I spent another nifty hour browsing in my favorite bookstore and having a cup of tea with a muffin to start the day.  Given all the negativity and general nastiness in the air and news lately, it was a good thing to do and I need to do it more often in order to survive these trying times.
