Bat For Lashes

Beki and Emmy came down to stay this arvo and after a lovely belly pork roast dinner in the Mariner, we headed into town to watch Bat For Lashes at the Dome. She played a lot of her new material which I hadn't yet heard and I really loved it. Her voice was really strong and beautiful and gawd knows how she managed to hold a note whilst dancing so energetically but she did! It was the last gig of the tour so it was lovely knowing it was also a homecoming show for her and the whole band looked like they were having a brilliant time. Definitely one of my favourites!
