Woo, woo..Fashion!

Well, these are 2 accessories I had not envisaged wearing again! I own up to using a bumbag in the very distant past, but a baseball cap has hardly ever touched my head. 

Despite the 25C heat I was keen to start week 6 of the couch to 5k i've been doing, so after a quick check, convincing myself there was a light breeze, I made preparations. Having burnt my scalp over the last few days a hat was essential - and sad to say this does seem the most practical style! and of course, I cannot even contemplate running or walking without music or a podcast to listen to - be alone with just my own thoughts? No way! I do have one of those arm bands to put my phone in but it's incredibly awkward and uncomfortable, so when I came across this bumbag in the ongoing clearout I decided it was worth keeping.
 
It was hot, but I successfully completed the run - my new shoes are so comfortable and I didn't even have any sore knees at the end, though I must admit it has taken me nearly 2 hours to cool down, so I'm not feeling it too bad that I need to stay inside for a while to start packing for our holidays.
