Car wash

Wasted lots of time this morning trying to book a flight to San Diego, in the end I gave up and when I tried later was successful in being able to secure the flights.

Today’s blip was taken earlier in the morning when I’d taken Susan’s car to be washed and spruced up. It’s been rather neglected in recent months, it was nice for her to have a smart car when she went out for lunch with a friend.

These people work incredibly hard and quickly, the site is very popular and they do a good job.

While Susan was out I walked into town to do a bit of banking and shopping. The earlier low cloud had burned off with the sun shining brilliantly tempered by a cooling easterly breeze.

A quiet afternoon, bit of work, bit of letter writing done before Susan came home and we went out for a bit of a walk, Susan feeling up to it after a couple of days with sore hip/back/leg.
