The Kelpies

We checked out and headed into Pitlochry for some last minute shopping.

As HtP had never seen the Kelpiesand they were vaguely on the way we went to see them. I had been to see them once before but David was always in a hurry so we had stopped and I had run to photograph them and then run back.

Today we stopped, walked towards them, took photographs, had a coffee and walked back.

We then drove to Morecambe. We’d not been here before and imagined walking on the beach. They are currently working on the beach defences so it’s hard to get onto the beach. We were both very dispapponted.
