Bee...n busy

There were lots of busy bees on the brambles at the bottom of the garden today and I was one myself this morning doing the aforementioned housework. The place scrubbed up quite well, I thought, so even if the viewers don't want to buy it we'll be living in a nice, clean and tidy house for a while. I evicted Son1+1 while Son2 and I took the dogs to Mum and Dad's where we were fed and watered and caught the Eastbourne tennis final. When we returned home Basil slept for a solid three hours after his dinner! The good news is, he's eating properly again. Turns out he didn't like his bowl and once I let him eat out of one of our nice china pasta bowls he was fine. That's the trouble with these posh dogs from Sunningdale...
