Bird strike!

White Admirals spend so much time on brambles that they often have small tears and holes in their wings. This one however has substantial and symmetrical  damage to both hindwings which suggests it was probably hit by a bird. Despite losing so much of its wings it still seemed remarkably agile in its flight.
