Bit drunk again

Okay. So that photo was taken at 1220am 1st July but I changed the date because it was really 30th and we were just slow walking home.

Dad Mk 2 was having his birthday party last night (I love week long birthday celebrations) and we had taxi’d down to a very hot venue - and had sweltered for a good five hours. I needed the air.

We sat beside Claudia and her husband and my cousin J and her husband M who have moved back to Troon to retire. My nephews and their lovely gals arrived with my sis and bro-in-law - and of course Ma and Dad Mk 2 were there.

aunties and mam’s pals and club people were there and Da Mk 2’s family - from home and the pub . Loads of folk.

We chatted loads and drank and ate - mam and Da mk2 circulated; they will need a rest today.

The evening finished with a slow dance from them; accompanied by me and my lovely nephew P having an equally enthusiastic bounce around them. Lots of tango and pulp fiction style (although am not very Uma Thurman)

The walk home was gorgeous. Especially so when you consider the hour and this sky. My obligatory pee on the beach was a whole load easier with a dress on! Yes yes yes I forgot that bit! I HAD A DRESS ON: proper long dress, make up, nails and everything!!
