Tired and delegated dog walking this morning.

Cycled to work.

Work was a dream of discussions.

Pleasant lunch with tractor lad at the Forest Cafe.

I had the dentist after work, check up and a spit and polish.

Cycled home, eco son was ill and had been in bed all day.

A bit of shopping and bed.
