Ennerdale Water

Given our weekend away and proximity to Western lakes, we decided to visit Ennerdale today (more in extras). So  peaceful and quite amazing..

I don’t know this area well having only been once or twice before. Absolutely beautiful. Lots of people swimming and enjoying the weather.

We had a good walk to the head of the lake and back.
