The Needles

Our last full day on the Isle of Wight.

We started our adventures with a trip to Alum Bay, riding the cable car to the beach to take the boat trip to the Needles. The Rib, the fast boat, is my blip for today as it's more dramatic than our genteel ride.

After lunch we went to Dimbola photographic museum at Freshwater Bay. Inspiring stuff!

After a restorative sit down back at the chalet we toddled off to the pub. Our dedication was tested as the tide was in so we had to paddle our way to the promenade. All good fun.

I shall miss overlooking the sea, my beach walks, spectacular sunsets and the company of my friend but I am looking forward to seeing my family and woofs.
