Dragonflies

This afternoon I went for a walk, down to the park and around the lake. There were loads of damselflies, so I sat down for a while and tried to get some shots, even though I didn't have the macro lens with me. This one was taken a moment before the wind blew them off the stalk.

A quick search has identified this as a common blue damselfly. There were so many.
