Slept until mid afternoon.
Had a shower and thought I should get to the supermarket. Only for essentials.
That was hard, my stomach's so sore and I felt a bit spaced out, my legs are like jelly.
I realised that my meds from Friday to now won't be in my system, that's why I am feeling low. Amazing how quickly I can have negative thoughts, feel numb and not care. 2 days.
Stopped at the harbour, got out the car, took a few photos then back in.
