Monday

Up early to phone work, then phone the Dr for an appointment. Got signed off for another week, hopefully the last. No word from the psychiatrist :(
Slept for 2hrs. 
Later walked down to the harbour, it was high tide, blowing a gale and the waves were fierce at times.
