Inside and Outside

We arrived at the "Black Beck" Quaker center after 5 hours of travelling on very busy (for Sweden) roads. It is great to be back in this course center with its lovely atmosphere of peace and calm.
One of the special elements here is that the center is built literally in the forest, which creeps right up to the walls, and in this case, window!
The inside and outside seem to merge, a feeling which is strengthened If we have good weather and sit outside on a veranda to eat or drink coffee.
We met several old aquaintances from previous Tai Chi courses as well as a few new people who learned tai Chi before we got going. I think it's going to be a good course.
