Bramhall Park

Couldnt get to sleep last night.....eventually drifted off around 2ish, ended up sleeping in later than normal!

Just had a walk locally after breakfast in the garden on another sunny day!

This afternoon we drove over to Cheshire, visited Bramhall Park, which hub had been to previously with middle son and our eldest two granddaughters, who we were picking up after school today.

Bramhall Hall is a lovely old Grade I listed building, looking rather grand in the sunshine.
After a walk around the park, which we found rather taxing , lots of ups and downs in 30 degree heat is not ideal, so we took ourselves off to the little cafe for coffee to pass half an hour until we could collect the girls.

Paige will be 14 next week so we said we would take her to the Trafford Centre to choose her own present/s. Caitlyn came too...obviously we treated her to a little something as well. We let the girls decide where they wanted to eat.....Burger king was their choice!

By the time we had finished it was 7.45, we dropped them back off at their Mums at 8.15 and we got home around 9pm. We could still see the smoke rising from Winter Hill :-/

Usual watering routine before we could sit and chill whilst catching up on Versailles :-)
