Tewkesbury Abbey Tower

Far too hot/bright for any reasonable blipping so I left it until near sunset to take a look at the abbey - only to find the gates are locked at 18:00 :-(

So - as the tower dominates views within the town I have gone for this framing of it seen from near to the river.   We are staying just behind the Abbey on a site set on flattish ground not suitable for building as it is subject to flooding.  Not much likelihood of that tonight.
