The long and winding road

that leads to your door --- Beatles (Paul McCartney) January 1969, Beatles and this particular long and winding road I traversed on my lovely walk, albeit in the rain.

Mr. T. doesn't like me going out on my own too far from home at the moment so was following behind in the car like some secret agent/PI sleuth type!

This walk is up a long and winding road and takes me out into the country where I am most happy and then, of course, back to my door. This part has a bit of colour here and there and the other trees still have some of their summer clothes on. Its been a very drizzly, dull and dank day here.
