July 4th

Redwood City put on a great event again for July 4th.  Nice parade in the morning, the festival in the afternoon was heaving along with the battle of bands between UC Davis and Stanford.  This was a line dancing competition - the guy in hat and red shirt won, the prize was the football/soccer ball the dj in the background is holding under his arm - I had to hold my camera above my head to get these dance pix, so apologies for quality but they do capture the fun and energy of it all.
