Making hay

As I drove. Ack out to the house haymaking was going on at a pace in the high Casentino.

Later I finally worked out how to get piped water running again to the ‘stable’ block. Brings it much closer to the two veg terraces.

Our neighbour stopped by to offer help with his tracked to drag some logs out of the big field. Very kind.

Courgettes and cucumbers going into overdrive. Onions bigger by the day. French (Italian?) beans about to start producing. Planted successions of rocket , radish beetroot and lettuce.
