Water, Water, Everywhere.

It was sports day at school. We had 4 huge event shelters to keep the children cool and the parents just had to sit out in the blazing sun. The photo is of the grand finale, a race the whole school takes part in where they transfer coloured water from a small tank to a bucket at the other end of the track. I did suggest we did it the ‘Love Island way’ but that didn’t go down too well.
It was a great morning, finished off with a picnic for children and parents on the field.

Alfie has his first baby sitting job tonight for some friends in the village. Fingers crossed everything goes well.
