Party Girls

Started the day with an early Henstock rehearsal in the blazing sun. It’s around this time that we start looking at long range weather forecasts and lurching from joy to despair as the forecast changes daily from hot sunshine to heavy rain. Only time will tell I guess...
After the footy we all got showered and changed and drove an hour or so to Glenn’s 40th birthday party at Thorpe Le Soken. We’ve known them a long time, since they lived in Linton. They moved away when the children were small to run a campsite and farm.
Our children were happy to come out with us for a change, especially Poppy as she was looking forward to catching up with Kiah.
A lovely evening, D drove so I could have a couple of proseccos.
